Rental spaces & Fees

Facility rental is a benefit for members. Membership costs are $50/Family and $40/Individual. You are given four hours of event time. If you do both a wedding and reception you are given five hours of event time. Two hours prior to any event is set-up and one hour after is clean-up. Depending upon the space or spaces that you choose, weekend facility rental cost will range from $900 to $3,000. Daytime rate refers to Monday through Friday before 5 pm Weekend rate is Friday evening through Sunday evening. The Art Center makes available for your use: 5-6' banquet tables, 12-5' round tables, 6-3' cocktail tables and 100 black wood padded folding chairs.

Frank M. Basile Auditorium

An intimate 224-seat facility with critically acclaimed acoustics. Handicapped accessible. Capacity: 224 Rental: $400/daytime $800/weekend

Ruth Lilly Library

Very cozy octagon shaped room with round windows, gas-burning fireplace and a two-story atrium. Capacity: 120 seated 175 cocktail Rental: $400/daytime $900/weekend

Churchman-Fehsenfeld Gallery

The Gallery has a skylight and opens into the Seybert Riverfront Portco* terrace overlooking the wooded grounds Capacity: 175-200 cocktail - sit down varies Churchman-Fehsenfeld Gallery rental: $400/daytime; $800/weekend Seybert Riverfront Portico rental: $900/weekend Rental: $1,500/weekend for both areas

Riverfront Deck and Stage

- Perfect outdoor setting along the White River. Ideal for large picnics, weddings, concerts and staff retreats. Capacity: 150 seated 50/1000 cocktail Rental: $500/daytime $1,350/weekend

Seybert Stairs and Terrace

- Perfect intimate outdoor setting. Direct view to the many sculptures and gardens in ARTSPARK. Capacity: 120 seated/300 cocktail Rental: $1,500/weekend

Terrace Lawns

- Two grassy areas that can be tented for that special otudoor dinner. Ideal for a sit down meal. Capacity: 400 seated/550 cocktail Rental: $1,250/weekend (for one side); $1,800/weekend (for both sides)

State-of-the-Art Studios

- Ideal for a creative hands-on workshop or team-building session. Instructors available to facilitate such an event. Capacity: seating varies per studio Rental: $75/hr

Other Fees

Attendant: Personnel needed to oversee event - $40/hr Damage deposit: $200 (refundable)
