The Art Center has transitioned its Day of the Dead programming to the Indiana State Museum and Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art.
Although we won’t have a full scale celebration at our site, we will continue to highlight the rich artistic traditions of Day of the Dead through our shine exhibition (October 5-November 25, 2012). We invite community members to submit their application to participate. Applications are due August 24, 2012.

“We are so thankful for the opportunity to have celebrated and promoted this beautiful and unique tradition over the last decade and we are excited to see how the event grows and evolves with the State Museum and Eiteljorg at the helm.
Thank you to everyone who has made our celebration a tradition of yours as well. Thank you also to our supporters, partners, and of course the artists and performers who have participated over the years. We look forward to continuing to provide you with exciting opportunities for art-making now and in the future!”
